These Terms apply to purchases of Vertical Drama Intelligence Pro, a digital product offered under the Praxiory brand.

Vertical Drama Intelligence Pro is a downloadable digital product provided on an Early Access basis.
Product and price
Vertical Drama Intelligence Pro — Early Access is a downloadable digital production system for creators and small AI production teams developing serialized vertical drama and related multi-episode narrative formats.
The Early Access price is $29 USD as a one-time purchase. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment provider based on the purchaser's location.
The purchase includes the Pro Skill, production workflow, production templates, continuity workspace, production contracts, QC and targeted-regeneration materials, model-adapter guidance, and the included production case studies described on the product page.
Product access
A successful purchase grants the purchaser access to the version of the Pro package delivered at the time of purchase, subject to the license included with the product.
Early Access
Early Access means the product may be improved, reorganized, expanded, or corrected over time. Features or future updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
No performance guarantee
The product provides production frameworks, workflows, templates, examples, and reasoning systems. It does not guarantee audience retention, views, revenue, viral performance, platform acceptance, generation quality, or commercial success.
Delivery
After a successful purchase, access to the purchased ZIP package is provided through Praxiory's secure delivery system. If delivery fails or the purchased files cannot be accessed, contact support@praxiory.com.
Software and service limitations
Vertical Drama Intelligence Pro is a production-planning, continuity, reasoning, and quality-control system. It is not an AI video-generation model, does not itself generate finished video, and does not guarantee audience retention, views, revenue, commercial success, or compatibility with every third-party model or platform.
License and intellectual property
Use of the Pro package is governed by the license included with the downloaded product. The separately published Vertical Drama Intelligence Community Edition remains subject to its own MIT license. Purchasing the Pro package does not change the license of the Community Edition.
Payments and refunds
Checkout and payment processing are provided by Paddle as merchant of record. Refund requests and statutory consumer rights are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy linked below and applicable law.
