Refund Policy

Vertical Drama Intelligence Pro is a downloadable digital product offered under the Praxiory brand.

If you experience a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased files, receive a corrupted delivery, or believe the delivered product is materially different from the product description, contact support@praxiory.com.

Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refund eligibility is subject to Paddle's applicable buyer refund policy, applicable consumer law, and any additional non-waivable rights available in the purchaser's jurisdiction.

Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment channel where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
